Career Counselling is a process that will help you to know and understand yourself and the current work trends so that you can make decisions for career transitioning, educational advancement and working towards your desired lifestyle.

Who is "Impact Career Counselling AND Personal Development"?

Alison Greenway has worked as a Counsellor, Career Advisor, Mentor and Trainer for over 25 years and is passionate about supporting others to live the best life they can and to unlock the key to achieving their goals.

Alison set up the Impact Career Counselling and Personal Development business to provide a range of services in 2016. Prior to that she worked as a Student Services Crisis Counsellor at TAFE in Toowoomba, a Counsellor and Youth Worker for Mission Australia and coordinated several Government funded vocational employment programs such as Jobs Pathways Program, Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program and Local Learning & Employment Program.

Alison has a Degree in Vocational Education and Training; and Graduate Degrees in Education, Career Development as well as Education Communications; Diplomas in HRM, and Professional Counselling with Majors in Mindfulness, Creative Therapies, Relationships and Abuse Counselling.

She has many years’ experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and is a long term member of - CDAA The Career Development Association of Australia and the ACA The Australian Counselling Association.
